Return Process

  Log into your SterlingLoves account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your return request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
